The Lynchburg Regional Technology Council encourages you to attend the Sweet Briar School of Engineering’s banquet on Feb. 22.

Engineers, high school and college students, educators, and members of the public are invited to attend this year’s banquet. The featured speaker is Christine Darden, a retired NASA aeronautical engineer, data analyst, and mathematician featured in “Hidden Figures: The American Dream and the Untold Story of the Black Women Mathematicians Who Helped Win the Space Race.”

Sweet Briar’s celebration of National Engineers Week also includes an Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day event for high school girls. Click here for more details.
