Technology Member Companies

A technology company is defined as an entity which derives over 50% of its gross revenue, as certified by its Chief Financial Officer, from the research, development, manufacture or distribution of products which use or embody technology and from technical services directly relating to a technology business. here.

Associate members provide services such as legal, financial, and consulting assistance to the technology business community and include not-for-profit educational institutions.

Affiliate Member Companies

Affiliate memberships are offered to government agencies. Flat rate of $500 per year.

Affiliate Member Non-Profits

Affiliate non-profit members are non-profit organizations that contribute directly to the growth of the region’s technology sector. Flat rate of $150 per year.

An individual membership for an employee of a Technology Company is determined by the respective employer of the individual applying for membership. An individual membership for an employee of an Associate Member Company is determined by the respective employer of the individual applying for membership. The Innovate Lynchburg defines an Associate Member company as a non-technology organization that supports the mission of our organization – to serve and promote the emerging technology community in our region. Associate members provide services such but not limited to legal, financial, not-for-profit educational institutions and consulting assistance to the technology business community.

A Retiree membership is designed for an individual that has retired and desires to continue to be engaged with and support the mission of Innovate Lynchburg – to serve and promote the emerging technology community in our region.
